A 100% Merlot wine is typically smooth, plush, and fruit-driven, known for its approachable style and velvety texture.

It showcases ripe plum, black cherry, and blackberry aromas, often layered with hints of cocoa, vanilla, and soft spice. On the palate, Merlot is medium- to full-bodied with rounded tannins and a supple mouthfeel, offering an easy, lingering finish.

Notes: Our 1st completely unoaked Syrah produces a clean, elegant wine with perfect varietal expression. On the nose black pepper dominates with black fruit & hints of violet. The palate emphasizes the fruitiness. Velvety yet well structured tannins.

Label: Middle Eastern mosaic to indicate the origin of the wine: Lebanon. The colors are based on the aromatic profile of the grape variety and the lack of the wood texture indicates that the wine has not been oaked. Designed by Tarek Atrissi.
