A 100% Obeidi wine — made from Lebanon’s indigenous white grape — is typically smooth, subtly aromatic, and delicately fruity.

It offers gentle floral notes alongside hints of apple, pear, and stone fruit, sometimes touched with honey or a light herbal character. On the palate, Obeidi is usually medium-bodied with soft acidity, giving it a rounded, easy-drinking feel.

Traditionally used in both wine and arak production, it pairs beautifully with Mediterranean mezze, grilled fish, poultry, and light vegetarian dishes, making it a versatile expression of Lebanon’s winemaking heritage.

Notes: A delicately fragrant wine, aged in French oak barrels for 13 months, it offers aromas of quince, white plum, marzipan, orange peel, orange blossom & ginger. The palate introduces fresh hints of citrus with a waxy body & long finish.

Food Pairing: Goes particularly well with Moghrabieh or any dish with soft warm spices.
