Our Natural honey is a pure and unprocessed product made by honeybees from the nectar of flowers. The ingredients in natural honey are straightforward:

• Nectar: Honey is primarily composed of the nectar collected by honeybees from flowers. Bees gather the nectar and bring it back to their hive.
• Enzymes: Bees add enzymes to the nectar during the collection and storage process. These enzymes help break down the complex sugars in the nectar into simpler sugars like glucose and fructose, aiding in the preservation and digestion of honey.
• Water: Honey naturally contains some water, typically ranging from 17% to 20% depending on various factors such as environmental conditions and floral sources.
• Sugars: The main sugars in honey are glucose and fructose, which are formed from the breakdown of sucrose (found in the nectar) by the bees’ enzymes.
• Trace amounts of other compounds: Natural honey may contain small amounts of other substances such as pollen, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, depending on the plants from which the nectar was collected and the processing methods used.
